LJ Distributors, Inc. has an active, ongoing
food safety and quality assurance programs.
Here is a brief overview of our programs.
Quality Assurance
LJ Distributors is committed to the
philosophy of continuous improvement. We are
not satisfied with simply maintaining the
status quo. One step in this direction was
designing and implementing a Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control Points [HACCP] Program.
Our HACCP Program has received approval from
Silliker Laboratories, a leading
international network of accredited food
testing and consulting laboratories. HACCP
program is used in the food industry to
identify potential food safety hazards, so
that key actions, known as Critical Control
Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or
eliminate the risk of the hazards being
realized.
LJ Distributors, Inc. certifies that it has
Good Manufacturing Practices Program, HACCP
program, Quality Assurance Program,
Sanitation Program, and Recall Program and
they are fully documented with daily, weekly
and quarterly inspections and monitoring
logs covering virtually every aspect of our
operation. Product safety is our top
priority and we work tirelessly to improve
our systems with the goal of exceeding our
customers requirements.
Audit
Certifications
Annual Audits for food safety and GMP are performed
by an independent consulting firm to verify the
effectiveness of our Food Safety programs.
